Keith E. Gregory

Mr. Gregory is the owner and manager of Keith E. Gregory & Associates, LLC and has been a practicing attorney since 1983. He has taught classes and seminars in construction law for Professional Education Systems, Inc.; Law Seminars International; Lorman Education Services and National Business Institute.
Mr. Gregory previously served as counsel for the Nevada State Contractors Board. He is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of Nevada; the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Maria Loventime Estanislao
Ms. Maria Loventime Estanislao is an associate with Keith E. Gregory and Associates and has been a practicing attorney since 2002. While attending law school at the University of Hawaii, she served as editor-in-chief of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal (APLPJ), and editor of the Law Review, and an oralist with the school’s Jessup International Law moot court team. She graduated cum laude in 2001 and received a certificate in Pacific-Asian Legal Studies. She authored an article, titled “Rights of Final Adjudication in Hong Kong: Establishing Procedures of Constitutional Interpretation,” in the APLPJ.
She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in
personal injury matters, construction and business litigation. She has also represented sureties in defense of claims and in prosecution of indemnity claims. Ms. Estanislao has penned a number of appeals and petitions to both the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
